Built in Port Talbot, operating across South Wales
Steeltown Property was founded in Port Talbot following the closure of the blast furnaces in September 2024, a moment that changed the town forever.
For generations, the steelworks supported local families, businesses and the wider South Wales economy. When the furnaces shut down, uncertainty spread across the community, but the town continued moving forward.
As Port Talbot enters its next phase of transition, we have worked directly with contractors, engineers and companies supporting the future of the steelworks and wider regeneration projects across the area. Through serviced accommodation and property management, we help house the workforce delivering the next chapter of the town's industrial future.
We believe property should do more than generate income. It should support people, strengthen communities and create opportunities locally.
